Sharing Management Philosophy
We provide periodic training to executives/team leaders/team members so that all employees can practice HS Hyosung’s management philosophy, vision, and core values in their workplaces, and we also support the activation of communication within the organization to change the organizational culture, including the company's systems and working methods.

Training for newly hires (executive/experienced/college graduates)
We share the meaning of HS Hyosung's management philosophy and core values, related terms, activities, and the way of working that the company emphasizes, and support early application to the company's way of working
Training for Promoted Persons (L1-L3)
L1 is an understanding of core values, L2 and L3 grades are a process of deepening core values, reflecting on themselves through case analysis and discussion, and L3 explores internalization opportunities through improvement of practices at the organizational level and links them to revitalization of organizational culture as seniors and leaders of the organization

Developing leaders
We have established and operate various training systems to cultivate future business leaders who will lead the sustained growth of the company. We support the enhancement of leadership capabilities through differentiated education tailored to each level to effectively manage and operate the business, strengthen overall management capabilities, cultivate talent efficiently, and improve organizational culture.
Executive Advancement Training

Explains the company's unique culture and core values, business direction and status, and overall systems to enable early adaptation
GMC Program (Global Management Course)
Supports executive candidates by helping them understand the key management functions and assigning improvement tasks to ensure the results are applied in the field.
Team Leader Training
supports the establishment of team goals aligned with the company’s direction, thorough performance management to achieve them, the development of team members through communication and feedback, and the creation of a positive team culture
New Team Leader Training
Supports the fulfillment of the role and responsibilities of performance/personnel/organizational management, which are the basic roles required as a team manager

Enhancing job-specific expertise
We aim to achieve global excellence in value management by enhancing the work capabilities of all employees through training programs provided for each position, including sales, production, research, and management.
HS Hyosung offers job-specific foundational training and timely educational programs in response to evolving industry trends. The company also runs an 'Academic Training Program' that develops field-specific experts through partnerships with professional training institutions.
Each company operates specialized training programs as needed in the workplace, based on the nature of the business, on a regular basis at the performance units (PU), business site, and team levels, conducting work and training simultaneously.
We operate an external training support system to enable employees to attend specialized professional training courses that cannot be provided by the department. Employees can apply for external training individually or as a team, allowing them to attend courses in a timely and efficient manner.
Strengthening Global Capabilities
Based on the needs of overseas subsidiaries, we provide training programs for leaders, resident staff, and local recruits in job-related skills, language proficiency, and other areas to support the sustainable growth of overseas subsidiaries. We also assist in establishing a training system for overseas subsidiaries.
Development of Newly Appointed Overseas Subsidiary Heads
We support newly appointed subsidiary heads in developing the competencies required to act as independent business leaders responsible for P&L. Through self-assessment in key areas such as business execution, financial accounting, and organizational management, they receive one-on-one coaching tailored to their needs. After their appointment, they are guided to establish and implement a 90-day action plan for driving change.
Training for Expatriates
We support expatriates by delivering corporate management training content from headquarters and providing access to an online learning platform to enable self-directed learning.
Establishing a Training Program Structure for Local Employees
We establish and implement training frameworks that reflect both global standards and the specific characteristics of key countries such as China and Vietnam. In addition, we support on-the-job development to foster capabilities through practical work experience.
Development of High-Potential Local Talent
We identify and develop high-potential local employees who can lead overseas subsidiaries by offering long-term assignments in Korea, structured development based on local succession plans, and executive candidate training programs.

We encourage open discussions within the team to reflect on our culture, ways of working, and core values, and collectively implement improvement initiatives.
Organizational Culture Agent Meeting
Selected culture agents from each organization meet regularly to share voices from the fields, disseminate corporate priorities, and exchange best practices. They act as key facilitators of cultural change by connecting the company and its employees.
Awards System
We operate a variety of award programs for employees who demonstrate exemplary conduct and achieve outstanding performance, including the CEO Award in the first and second half of the year, the Quarterly Exemplary Employee Award, and Proud Member of HS Hyosung Person of the Year Award.
Training Program for Practicing Social Responsibility
In response to the growing emphasis on environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), HS HYOSUNG provides training programs on related topics throughout the company. We provide sustainability management training programs for our employees, including an overview of ESG management and legal compliance training, covering seven areas such as environment, ethics, safety/health, fair trade, human rights, and information security.
